Join us as we discuss these questions:

  1. Tell us a little about yourself and how you got doing what you’re doing?

  2. I work with a community of women who are really hard on themselves. They have a ton of guilt and shame about daily decisions that they make regarding their health. And they also put their needs last on their list of priorities. How do you teach the concept of acceptance? And how about prioritization?

  3. So I always thought you had to have prior knowledge of how to eat “properly” (like having counted macros) and have had an established workout routine in the past in order to use your intuition when it comes to diet and fitness. However I no longer believe that. How do you teach your clients to eat, move and live intuitively?

  4. I know if I was to mention weight lifting or HIIT, most of my audience would know what I am talking about. But they may not know a lot about Pilaters. Tell us a little about Pilates.

  5. And can you give us 3 mindset shifts that can help make a difference when it comes to health, happiness and just life, in general?

  6. What is something that you know now that you wish you knew 5-10 years ago?

  7. Tell my audience how they can work with you. And let us know what exciting things you have going on right now.

  8. And where can my audience connect with you? Where do you like to hang out?
